What if I don’t have a customer account ?
It’s super easy to make one, just head to our website and create an account with your email address (make sure to use the email that you’ve placed orders with)!
Does this still work if I’ve only ordered freebies?
Yes!
Will the download links in my emails still work?
No. All order download links you’ve received via email will expire on March 8th*, 2024. However, all email links for NEW orders will work. everything you’ve ever ordered will be available at any time in your digital content library!
*Download links that WILL still work include all custom/personalized orders and Penpal Clubhouse Letter Packs delivered via your subscription.
What if I've ordered with multiple email addresses?
Each order is connected to the email address you ordered with. If you’ve ordered with multiple email addresses you’d need multiple customer accounts BUT we can merge them manually on the back end of the website! If you’d like to merge all your purchases into one account, we’d be happy to help! Simply let us know your full name and all the email addresses you’d like to merge.
Will this include Penpal Clubhouse Letter Packs?
All of the Letter Packs you’ve ordered through the website will be available via your customer account.
However, if you are a Penpal Clubhouse subscriber, the Letter Packs from your subscription will not be included in your digital content library. (You will always be able to access your Letter Packs via the email attachments, they won't expire.)
BUT we are working on a new option for Penpal Clubhouse subscribers that will give you access to Letter Packs via your customer account - rolling out soon!
